Happy Holidays Everyone, been a while since we got any news about Drizzt.
Salvatore finally released the name of his upcoming book of Neverwinter book 3, which will be titled "Charon's Claw". It is due out August 2012. Also check out his new updated site, here.

Been a long time since any news for our boy Drizzt, San Diego Comic Con has come and gone, and I have a few tidbits to share, compliments of Wizards of the Coast and IDW. I was able to get a nice interview with the reps of both booths, they each were very enthusiastic about all the things they had coming up. Not much for Drizzt except everything we already knew. The Board game in October, IDW's Drizzt Comic Book series, as well as Salvatore's book of short stories of Drizzt. What made Wizards of the Coast so happy was the iconic character of Drizzt coming to their world of Never Winter. They could not confirm at this time if Drizzt was playable in their upcoming game, or would even make an appearance in the game, but here's hoping.
Once I make a full Comic Con recovery and collect all my info; expect a full article soon, on upcoming things from Both Wizards and IDW.

Well its not his own video game, but it's the next best thing. Check out the new Board Game for Drizzt and the Companions of the Hall titled "Dungeons and Dragons: Legend of Drizzt". And what I am surprised to see is that it can be played solo or by a group of 5. The board game can be played with other Dungeon and Dragon games such as Castle Ravenloft and Wrath of Ashardalon, to add to your gaming experience. The game comes with 42 plastic heroes and monsters, 200 encounter and treasure cards, Scenario book, Rulebook, 13 sheets of interlocking cardstock dungeon tiles and a 20-sided die. The Board game is due out in October, list price is $69.99 but you can pre-order it for $48.22 at Amazon Now.
